Something to try

So ladies I've decided to try an exercise plan that will be easy for me to follow and possibley some of you, I'm calling it the while you weight routine. Basically I will do simple standing ab, leg arm ect routines while I'm doing household chores or watching television. I think it will work if I can remember to do them ha ha!!!! Anyway the first time I tried this I couild feel the burn so I've decided to keep it up. I do a minimum of 15 reps of, for instance, leg lifts or those Tae Boe kicks ( I love Billy Blanks) throughout the day. I figure this way I'm getting a half hour workout at least using the time I'd be standing or sitting around doing nothing. I'm working by buns right now. So dust off your old exercise move and do them while you weight.
